 NO BOOK LEFT UNREAD
2009 SUMMER READING PROGRAM
You are invited to participate in this year's summer reading program!!! JME is participating in the statewide summer reading program, No Book Left Unread. Schools that read the most number of pages will receive a selection of new books from the SC Department of Education and from The Reading Warehouse, a Certificate of Achievement, and a letter of commendation to the principal and superintendent. Statewide top readers from students and faculty will also receive recognition and a selection of books.
Each student that participates from JME will receive a JME water bottle with a Carvel ice cream coupon inside! The top 25 readers and top two faculty members from JME will receive a Scholastic gift card/credit.All you have to do is keep a record of the books you read and number of pages read from June 1st through August 31st on the Reading Log.
ALL READING LOGS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO SCHOOL NO LATER THAN SEPT. 4, 2009.
