Lindsey Jarotski and her family

Lindsey Jarotski

Ms. Jarotski brings more than a decade of experience in elementary education and instructional leadership to her role as Assistant Principal at Jennie Moore Elementary School. Most recently, she served as Math Instructional Coach at East Cooper Montessori Charter School, where she collaborated with teachers to  strengthen instructional practices through coaching, classroom observations, professional learning communities, and data-driven decision making. She also supported curriculum implementation, mentored new teachers, and served on the school's MTSS team to ensure all students received the support needed to succeed.

Prior to becoming an instructional coach, Ms. Jarotski taught fourth grade at Charles Pinckney Elementary School in Mount Pleasant and previously served students in grades three through five in Berkeley County School District. Throughout her time in the classroom, she developed a passion for supporting not only students but also the teachers around her. As her career progressed, she naturally assumed leadership opportunities that allowed her to mentor colleagues, facilitate collaborative planning, lead professional learning, and contribute to schoolwide improvement efforts. These experiences reinforced her belief that strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to continuous growth are the foundation of a thriving school community.

Ms. Jarotski holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Clemson University. She has also earned professional endorsements including Gifted and Talented Education and Read to Succeed Literacy Coaching.
